August 15th, 2006: BCW
has found out that xTw superstar Powerslave was the man who attacked Wildman Weaver. He claims that he was hired by Bad Butt
Billard but it was only a 1 time deal. xTw has let us know that Bad Butt Billard is not welcomed to xTw so BCW does not have
to worry about Billard defecting to xTw. What is next in this ongoing feud? It all comes to a climax at our returning Pay-Per-View.
We would like to announce that our returning Pay-Per-View will be happening and the date will be released very soon. It is
looking as if this event will be taking place near the end of August. Tickets will be available as soon as the date is released.
BCW is in talks with a former superstar who wants to make his return. More information will be released in the coming days
on this superstar. Kowboy Corkum has a message for Mikey Mayhem:
"Kowboy Corkum...a legend in Backyard Wrestling, a nobody. Thats right, me, a nobody! But think
about this one my friends: never take your eyes off a nobody. I will be at the top of my game and don't worry, I
will be there to kick some ass and Mayhem, when I was White Widow you tried to Spear me, well I Super Kicked you
and I think you and I have some unfinished business and I'll do it whether I'm dead or alive!"

July 25th, 2006: We
have just received reports that a BCW wrestler was attacked today! Wildman Weaver was attacked today by an
unknown attacker. He was cut open from the head due to the attack and we have gotten word that a bystander has a picture
of the aftermath of the carnage. We will post it on the site as soon as we get a hold of it. The Board of Directors here
at BCW are very angry about this and somehow feel xTw is behind the attack. BCW have phoned xTw many times
but are unable to get a response. We do know that xTw will be holding a Press Conference Thursday at 2 PM regarding this
attack and you can read it on their web site. We are definently gonna keep you updated on the situation and Wildman Weaver's
condition will be revealed soon!
July 22nd, 2006: We

of Wildman Weaver:
"Being challanged by someone

Backyard Championship Wrestling Official News Conference
July
the 4th, 2006
BCW would like to thank you all for logging on to read our first ever news conference
here on the BCW web site. We would like to start off with some of the minor announcements we would like to make. First we
will start with the championship belts in BCW. It seems that there is too many belts for our smaller roster we have. Therefore
we are going to retire the Light Heavyweight, European and King of the World championships starting today. They are being
placed in the Hall of Fame and they will not be forgotten. Due to this decision, there will only be 3 belts that can
be obtained in BCW. The World Heavyweight Title will still be decided and so will the Tag Team Titles. There is 1 more title
that is being designed by the company and information will be released at another date about this belt.
The roster has become smaller due to the release of 2 superstars. BCW will be looking for new talent
to join the roster to bring the company back to its original state. The small roster has caused us to retire a large
amount of championships. Stay tuned to the BCW site for information on new wrestlers joining the roster.
We would now like to discuss our web site. Some of our fans have noticed that a lot of the pages that
were available have now dissapeared. They will be replaced but are now under construction as these pages need updating. We
are working on making this site more friendly for our fans. There will be activities for our fans to participate in so bare
with us. The BCW web site will soon be back to normal. We are currently trying to change the domain name so it is easier for
the fans to remember.
Now we would like to get to the news everyone has been waiting to here. That news protains to the BCW World
Heavyweight Championship. There has been some controversy concerning the BCW World Heavyweight Championship. In Season
4, BCW superstar Kowboy Corkum disguised himself as the "White Widow" and won the World Heavyweight Championship from Wildman
Weaver. Kowboy Corkum was not granted permission to take part in the World Heavyweight Championship match at the last Pay-Per-View
and he did so by using a disguise which was later revealed. This is a violation towards the BCW rule book and therefore
due to his actions, Kowboy Corkum (A.K.A. The White Widow) will be STRIPPED of the World Heavyweight Championship!
The title is now vacant and will be up for grabs in the future. This decision has caused us to design a Championship Ranking
List to keep control of title defences in BCW. You must be at the top of the ranking list in order to get a shot at a Championship.
This decision is effective IMMEDIATELY! As of this very moment, every BCW Championship is vacated!
Our last topic of the day concerns a rival company called xTw (Xtreme Trampoline Wrestling) BCW superstar
C.E.N would like to make the announcement. *C.E.N. takes the stand*
" It seems there is a man out there who claims
he is unbeatable. He has been a World Heavyweight Champion for over a year. This man goes by the name John "Powerslave" Layfield.
He claims there is no competition for him. Well let me tell you Powerslave, why don't you walk your carcus down to BCW and
we will give you competition. You think you have beaten them all but there's one man you havn't beat in your career and that
man is C.E.N. You want a match? You want competition? Well look no further! I am personally inviting you to come down and
attend a BCW event. I am inviting you to put your xTw Title on the line if you have the balls to do it! And if you don't,
well then I will make sure I attend your little Pay-Per-View called Slamboree and beat your ass for the title! Consider this
a challenge Powerslave! Read our motto: If you don't like us......fight us!!!!"
We would like to thank you for reading our first ever BCW News Conference. We hope you all have a great 4th
of July! Don't forget that the BCW Fan Poll will be returning later today due to popular demand. Let your opinion be seen
in our new fan poll coming later today right here on the BCW web site! Our hit counter has been reset and will now only count
the visitors that come to our site and not the number of page hits. Once again, thank you for reading the first ever BCW News
Conference!
